Apparently, a separate company handles this and are impossible to deal with. Have spent more than 7 hours on the phone and am now waiting a month for a broken mother board and just get a runaround from customer service.
Worst customer service by Appliance Sales person Albert Williams. I bought a dishwasher and a microwave and even purchased the extended service plan for the dishwasher. The dishwasher was incomplete without the elrctrical cord and the rubber seal that goes on the top. That is not true. Anyways I did not get my problem solve and now I have to buy a piece that they should have provided or advised about. To Frank Diaz the so called manager of the store that does not stand up for the rights of his customers when Brandsmart employees are definitely at fault.
Frank Diaz knowingly knew his employee that worked the dock area made a huge mistake when he told me he was watching my tailgate as he insisted I back up in an angle toward the loading dock. I responded to him through my open back window as I stopped and told my friend who was watching the passenger side of my vehicle to go and check how close I am to the wall.
The dock worker insisted he got eyes on my back and told me to continue. I said are you sure? I asked the worker and he stared at me with a blank look. Frank Diaz the store manager came out and never questioned his employee. After numerous calls to Frank Diaz and his lies he will get back to me with answers and finally today, 2 months later he tells me that he spoke to claims department and they are denying my claim.
Brandsmart does not stand by there customers who have spent numerous amounts of money on product that keeps him with a job and them in business. We purchased and extended warranty for a refrigerator we bought. It has not worked for three weeks and their repair people and warranty department is continuing to give us delay tactics. It is summer in FL and not having a refrigerator is a hardship. BrandsMart is stonewalling us about repairs or replacement.
We were searching for a large screen TV 85" for our community clubhouse. We stopped by Best Buy first but I must admit, we left very quickly due to the lack of customer service or any assistance whatsoever! We went over to Brandsmart and from the moment we walked in the door until our final payment was made, our sales person, Owen, was with us every step of the way.
He was extremely knowledgeable on all the technology involved with the large screens that we were comparing. He did not try to upsell or oversell, he merely listened to our questions and answered them in a language we could all actually understand! Our installation went smoothly and quickly. Overall we felt the experience was excellent!

After getting the store credit receipt I immediately see the appliance near the front entrance. As I pick it up to carry to the register a short blonde salesperson stops me and tells me I need a ticket before I take it to the register. She outright lied in order to waste 10 minutes of our time.
Before paying at the register we see a manager and ask if this ticket story is true. We are told that we did not need a ticket. The sales person is basically scamming commissions by stopping anyone in her area, regardless if she had anything to do with the sale. So we have the manager confront her and she calls my wife a liar and says she did not force us to get a ticket.
I made sure that ticket was not on my sale and the manager basically did nothing regarding the situation. Never coming back to these scammers. Thank you for your review. After countless calls and complaints, 4 months later, I received the final 2 appliances of my purchase. Customer service was unable to help me and I was told countless lies when I called or went to the store.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from this store approx 4 years ago. From year one there was nothing but problems. They had a tech come out to access the issue. Instead of the tech accessing our issue correctly, he decided to attempt to sell us surge protection for FPL!
He then "figures" out the issue with our refrigerator and orders the part. The part takes a full week to come in then he comes back out "fixes" it and guess what two days later the fridge is a freezer again!! At this point we go into Brandsmart the service manager and his "assistant" "Mimi" claims they will send an email to get us a new fridge because of all the back to back Issues.
They assure us that to get us through the holidays that they will get us a loaner fridge. This was on the 22nd we heard from no one after that. How many times does this need to be repaired before Brandsmart admits that they sold us a lemon!! Oh and let me add. The parts take days to come in and we finally had an appt for the repair today. He texts my husband at am! Saying our repair window is from pm today.
I just got a call from Brandsmart saying the wrong part came in they have to cancel our appt and order the right part that will take another days. Oh and their company for the extended warranty are just as bad. Together as a whole they make a useless team. In doing so, I found purchasing a new dishwasher from Brandsmart would be the best bang for my buck. Their prices beat competitors, they have more options on the sales floor with many clerks to match, lol and their delivery and installation prices are far more reasonable.
My original plan was to only have it delivered; however, they offer delivery, installation and haul away the old one for less than what competitors charge for installation alone.
